Tulip Dress

Our Midi length has beautiful details from top to bottom. A very comfortable and stretch ruching makes up the top of the dress. The  bottom is detailed with dots that are stitched throughout. Tiers start closer to the bottom of the skirts which makes it flattering for everyone!
